cr47t
Rules of Conduct Quick-Play Spell Lore: Cannot be activated during the Draw Phase or Battle Phase. Offer your opponent a handshake. If your opponent does not accept the handshake, send this card to the Graveyard; draw 2 cards during your next End Phase. If your opponent accepts the handshake, while this card remains face-up on the field, apply the following effects: -This card is treated as a Continuous Spell Card. -Neither player may attack directly. -Neither player can Special Summon from the Deck or Extra Deck. -Destroy this card during your opponent`s 2nd End Phase after activation. Note that attacking monster cards are still allowed with this card as well as SSing from the hand, Graveyard or banished. Its not a card that stops play, but rather levels the playing field even. Useful if your in a pinch as it either give you a +1 or some extra time to set things up. Thanks to Chaos Knux for helping with the lore. [spoiler="Original card and lore, not important to the current version"] Rules of Conduct Quick-Play Spell Effect/Lore: Offer your opponent a handshake. If your opponent does not accept the handshake, send this card to the Graveyard, also draw 2 cards at your next End Phase. If your opponent accepts the handshake, this card remains face-up on the field until your opponent`s 2nd End Phase after activation, also neither player may attack directly nor Special Summon from the Deck or Extra Deck until your opponent`s 2nd End Phase after activation. Neutrality Man
The last effect that turns all others off is totally unnecessary. Just put "While this card remains face-up on the field:" in front of the effects it turns off.
cr47t
@Knux I actually had that in the original lore but didn't want to cause confusion about the rulings. I didn't want people to think the effects happened before the handshake because if it did it could be used to possibly chain to a SS to possibly negate it, which is not supposed to happen with this. Also bump.

Also bump. That won't happen if you do it like this: Cannot be activated during the Battle Phase or Draw Phase. Offer your opponent a handshake. If your opponent does not accept the handshake: send this card to the Graveyard; draw 2 cards during your next End Phase. If your opponent accepts the handshake, while this card remains face-up on the field: Apply the following effects: • Neither player can attack directly. • Neither player can Special Summon from the Deck or Extra Deck. • This card is destroyed during your opponent's second End Phase after activation. The above is a properly written PSCT of your original effect. As it stands, this card is a lose/lose for the opponent. Either they accept, and for 4 turns nothing happens, or they give you a +1. - Minimania -
I would just accept the handshake, to be honest. If you draw 2 cards during your next End Phase, it would be really easy for me to just OTK you since I have Special Summons and attacking directly on. Accepting turns all the bullet points on.
