Card Description:

This card can only be Summoned by the effect of "Danza de la Muerte". This card cannot be destroyed by battle or by card effects. Any Battle Damage you would take involving this card is reduced 0. Once per turn, you can you can pay 500 Life Points to place 1 'Muerte' Counter on this card. Once per turn, you can remove 3 'Muerte' counters from this card to send all monsters your opponent controls to the graveyard then inflict 500 points of damage to your opponent for each monster that was affected by this effect. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase during the turn you activate this effect.

Card Description:

This card can only be activated if you control no other monsters on the field. Pay 2000 Life Points. Special Summon 1 "La Muerte" from your hand or deck. If this card's activation or the monster's summoning would be negated you can pay half your Life Points to negate that card's activation and destroy it.

Unless we see this "Danza de los Muertos" card, not much I can say about this card's summoning requirement.

Though the last effect might as well be an auto-win effect, considering the opponent's LP is dropped to 0 and that generally means they lose anyway.

 

As a sidenote, alternate-win effects are generally looked down on (again, this card is essentially like that).

 

But this card can still die in battle, if that does anything to make it less broken; especially with 0 ATK.

 

Until you show the rest of the "de la Muerte" cards, can't give an accurate review of how much of an impact giving it a Raigeki (with burn) effect.

This card is unaffected by your opponent's card effects. Any battle damage you take involving this is reduced to 0. Once per turn: You can banish 3 "de la Muerte" monster in your Graveyard; place 1 Muerte counter on this card. Once per turn: You can remove 1 Muerte counter from this card; destroy all monsters your opponent controls, and if you do, your opponent takes 200 damage for each monster destroyed by this effect. When this card has 5 Muerte counters: Remove all Muerte counters from this card, and when you do, your opponent's LP becomes 0.

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of a "de los Muertos" Spell/Trap Card. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. Any battle damage you take involving this is card is reduced to 0. During your Battle Phase, if this card battles an opponent's monster, you can pay 800 Life Points and this card's original ATK becomes the same as the ATK of the monster it battles until the end of the Battle Phase. If this card destroys a monster by battle, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monster's Level x200.

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of a "de los Muertos" Spell/Trap Card. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. Any battle damage you take involving this is card reduced to 0. Once per turn, you can 700 Life Points and reveal 1 "de la Muerte" monster in your hand whose Level is 7 or lower. This card's original ATK and DEF becomes equal to that monster's Level x400.

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of a "de los Muertos" Spell/Trap Card. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. Any battle damage you take involving this is card reduced to 0. During your Draw Phase, you can pay 1000 Life Points to add 1 "de los Muertos" Spell/Trap card from your deck to your hand instead of conducting your normal draw.
