Jerry West
Behold! The only DIVINE Wyrm-Type Xyz Tuner among the Lightsworn monsters!I'm just kidding. This card is kinda difficult to summon, considering that most of your Level 3 Lightsworn monsters either get destroyed or sent from the Deck to the Graveyard. I think it's a pretty a balanced card. I almost ran out of room for card text, so I kinda had to use SET instead of PSCT at one point. You'll see what I mean.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Is there a reason WHY this is DIVINE, as opposed to just being LIGHT like everything else. Keep in mind that while they're allowed in this section, there should be a plausible explanation for why this was done. Flavor-wise, you just broke it. In any case, this card having Tuner capacities does nothing; given it has a Rank and you CANNOT use them in Synchro Summons. I assume you know this, correct? --- Technically speaking, you could go into this using Lumina / Aurkus / Minerva / Shire; though you'd probably use Minerva for Synchro Summoning Michael or something. Then again, I don't play LS often, so... Anyway, lower its ATK to 2200 or something. While yes, it is somewhat restrictive; the requirements are certainly not out of reach. You could just use Lumina to revive another L3, then make this. (2600 ATK on a R3 is still high, especially with the amount of setup it's capable of doing) That being said, it also sets up for Judgment Dragon by its milling effect (and also Wulf / whatever likes getting milled), and lacks an OPT clause. It does help recover dead cards, yes (including additional JDs that you probably milled from this; and otherwise). Keep in mind that LS also run mixed variants with other monsters that can build off of the milling, so you're also giving them setup bait in this regard. ---- I'll go ahead and fix your OCG, but really you shouldn't have problems printing your effect properly; regardless of its length. There's a reason why we tell you to post it underneath the card. 2 or more (max. 5) "Lightsworn" monsters Must be Xyz Summoned and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. If a card you control would be destroyed: You can send the top 2 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard instead. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; add 1 monster in your Graveyard to your hand. During each of your End Phases: Send the top 3 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard. Jerry West
I made it DIVINE because I (for some unknown reason) decided that since Xyz monsters are from outer space, I should make Giroux a, if you might say, other-worldly guardian and savior of the Lightsworns. (Michael is, too. Kinda.) I honestly did not know that. I've recently been using Minerva and Number 39: Utopia to Synchro Summon Michael. I thought you could Synchro Summon using Xyz monsters. I'll keep that in mind the next time I Duel. I'll probably reword Giroux's effect in a few minutes or so. I sometimes have trouble with OCG and such. Thanx. - Minimania -
Wait..."send 2 cards from your deck to the graveyard to negate its destruction..."Right there; you dun goofed. I would add a "from the top of your deck to the graveyard" clause there, because in essence that's basically capable of sending a DARK and Wyvern for free, setting you up for BLS and JD. It's basically a double foolish burial, but you can even send Spell/Trap cards. That's insane.
Jerry West
Yeah, that's where I messed up the card's effect.I screwed up this card pretty bad actually, but with a little work, I should be able to fix it.
