Resident Fascist
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Normal Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 1 WIND monster in your Graveyard. During your opponent's End Phase, you can select 1 face-up monster your opponent controls, and change its battle position. Since several people have been questioning this card, I decided to make a topic about it. Klavier stated he wanted more practical applications of this card, and I feel this type of topic allows me to fully explain why this card is good and why you should be playing it in Dragunity. First of all, Garuda allows you to continue to combo, this is the most common use for Garuda, and it allows you to turn some less explosive plays into OTKs, because it allows you to make Vajrayana and more importantly, Gae Daerg. There are far too many potential OTKs to actually mention involving this card, so I'll explain the backbone of the combos. Vajrayana reviving a Phalanx with Garuda in hand is either another Vajrayana, or a Gae Daerg. This allows you to make M7 or Atum, in the case of the combo I find most worth explaining, you mill Zephyros with Gae Daerg, make Atum, summon REDMD, summon the material you dropped, then bounce REDMD with Zephyros, banish Atum to summon REDMD again, and then summon literally anything from your Graveyard. Secondly, Garuda provides you with a safety net. If Dux gets negated, you can, at the very least, drop Queen Dragon Djinn, and depending on your hand, can do a variety of plays. Otherwise, you can go into Exciton and just destroy the whole board. And lastly, Garuda is a Gae Daerg target. If anyone wants to ask for specific combos, feel free. CLG Klavier
Silpheed has more attack and has a battle float, just sayin'. But it's a Fairy. Admittedly, turns out I was wrong about this card. It's way better than I imagined it would. I gotta give this one to you.
Resident Fascist
Silpheed has more attack and has a battle float, just sayin'. That would be all well and good if you could make Dragunity Knights with Silpheed.

Resident Fascist
Oh, I forgot to mention, it's not entirely related to Garuda, but it makes making M7 easier, which opens the door to all sorts of ridiculous stuff.
