So this essentially gives me a good reason to run Dragon Mirror in Red-Eyes. That is essentially the only deck I can think of that can really run this quite effectively. Plus, in that deck, if they have Black Dragon Archfiend or REFMD especially, then that can instantly change the game.

As for the monster itself, It is rather decent actually with the ability to destroy backrow at a decent rate and destroy all monsters they control...however, I would doubt that would be how people would run it if it was real.

That equip spell is broken and EASILY overshadows the fusion. If i ran this in a deck, I would put REFMD out, then summon this guy with Dragon Mirror/Fusion Gate, then use a Compulse or something to put it back to my deck, then activate the Equip, and win from there. I can summon more Red-Eyes and subsequently summon more Azi Dahakas, thus activating more of Aquita, and with REFMD, I can inflict 500 for every time they try something, has 5000 atk, can't be destroyed, can negate a card, and the spell itself cannot be MST'd. If it was Black Dragon Archfiend, same rules apply, even faster and able to inflict better burn Damage.

That is how I see the cards. The first guy is not too broken for being destructible, but that Equip spell is easily broken especially with Red-Eyes.

Looking at this I made the following edits to effects:
*Changed Azi Dahakas effect for searching sword to having it so it must leave the field either by battle or by your opponnts card effect.
* Sword can only be activated once per duel.
