Your opponent cannot remove cards from play. After resolving a card effect that targets this face-up card, destroy this card. During either player's turn: You can discard this card from your hand, then target 1 LIGHT monster you control; it is unaffected by your opponent's card effects until the end of this turn.

This basically screws Infernoids hard (given their summoning gimmick), along with stuff like Chaos (ironically, you could play this in the Deck b/c of Attribute stuff), Nekroz (with Exomirror) and a few other things. 

 

Probably more stuff, but can't think of them off the top of head right now.

For its second effect, basically grants any LIGHT monster of your choosing immunity to effect removal and other things your opponent may have.

 

Although I did mention that you could use this in Chaos to an extent; discard this + target BLS so it can strike without being hindered; then use it as setup to summon another one [or Sorc/nerfed CED]. Or you can use this to protect another copy for a turn. 

 

Probably just me, but might be good if you had it protect other monsters except itself. 

Still does the job properly though.

 

(Stat-wise, should be standard for a Level 7; although first effect is a bit powerful considering what exists now)
