J-Max
Activate only if your opponent has 4 or more cards in their hand. Look at your opponent's hand, select 1 Monster Card in it, and return that card to its owner's Deck. Why is this card Banned? Is it because of the whole seeing your opponent's hand thing? Because there is other cards that do that (lol Respect Play). Or is it the fact that your opponent's opening hand is now 5 if they are second? Read some of the Tips and it suggests using if your opponent is about to get a Ritual out which would make sense.
Resident Fascist
It's banned because it's stupid. If you set this going first, you have an enormous advantage. After that, it's completely useless. It's mostly because you see their hand, but also because you get to tuck back 1 Monster. Literally oppressive. Miror B
It became one of those "Run in your deck or you're bad" type of cards.
CLG Klavier
Because going first and opening with Dustshoot was usually a game-winner.
ihop
Knowledge is powerful already and the fact that you can not only see their hand but put back their best card is just too good. It gave a massive advantage to anyone who opened it to the point where it was a case of open it and win.
