Cannot type in token's description in card effects.

Im trying to make a card that Special Summons tokens with "? ATK" and "? DEF", but for some reason, the card will not generate any text that passes " ATK ?". I've tried with other numbers and it generates the rest of the text, but I think it's "ATK ?" specifically.

I went ahead and tested it on my account; and looks like it is the ATK ? string causing problems.

Not sure why though, but most likely some bug in the cardmaker.

Thank you for the info .When I release my new archtype and the bug doesnt get fixed by then, ill be sure to leave out the card with the bugged effect until it gets fixed.

Unfortunately, YCMaker is essentially dead for all intents and purposes; so you might have to leave it out.

Either that, or just write the card info out in the thread itself.

The character ? is causing it. It has some weird effect when using it in the text and title.

I really don't know why that one character is causing it.

Most I can really say is that the question mark is most likely fragmented somewhere in the coding for the cardmaker; based on my knowledge of programming to some extent.

 

If the question mark appears, then it forces the text behind it to not appear.

Again, it's just an educated guess.

If you need to use a question mark, you'll just have to use a different character to represent it.

 

ATK/DEF seem to be fine though; why that is, I don't know.
