Boobsey
No art on the card yet. Lore/Effect: [Machine/Fusion/Pendulum/Effect/LVL 5/ LIGHT] "Cyber Dragon" + Any Pendulum Monster A Fusion Summon of this card can only be done with the above Fusion Material Monsters. This card's name becomes "Cyber Dragon" while it is one the field. If there is an empty Pendulum Zone you can place this card in that Pendulum Zone (from the field). ATK: 1500 DEF: 400 Pendulum Effect: Once per turn: the names of all LIGHT Machine-Type monsters becomes "Cyber Dragon" Left Scale: 4 Right Scale:

SirReal
I'm still unsure if the red and blue scales can be different numbers, there has yet to be a pendulum monster with a flexible scale. Also, just a little recommendation, makes its effect that treats itself as "Cyber Dragon" also take effect while face up in the Extra Deck as well for Rescue Hamster shenanigans. This card is a little difficult to bring out since Cybers don't typically run pendulums or polymerization to fuse into this thing and it really just seems like a whole lot of work amassing in nothing. You fuse 2 monsters including 1 "Cyber Dragon" to make a monster that is not only weaker than Cyber Dragon, but also has a really lackluster effect that makes it not even worth running. If anything, make this a contact fusion ("You can special summon this card from the extra deck by sending the above materials from your side of the field to the graveyard (you do not use polymerization)") and increase its attack to a respectable ammount, say at least 2500. The effect to place it in the pendulum zones is perfect. Its pendulum effect is really lackluster. Cybers typically don't play other LIGHT Machines and do not need them to be treated as Cyber Dragon especially while losing resources to do so. The pendulum effect should do something to benefit the Cyber game plan which is typically to OTK. So the scale should do one of two things, aid in killing your opponent quickly (attack gain, monster protection, special summoning) or to keep yourself alive for an additional turn so that you can commit to an OTK (monster protection, effect/attack negation, disruption) You're on a pretty good path with a lot of potential, you just need to make use of that. As of now, your card is underpowered and needs to be buffed. Enjoy.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
oh god fusion pendulum !! design is incredible I like! Please follow the Advanced Clause in this section; if you like the card, then explain a little bit why. @SirReal: For now, scales are generally same number; although there's no rules saying they can't be different. We'll have to see what Konami brings out in the coming days.
Snowskateer
Ok so. Template design - nice, did you recolour a norm/eff pendulum or did you find a template? (I've made one before with recolouring) Actual thing - I don't think it's really worth fusing 2 monsters for. I understand it's effect could be useful but there is many other cyber dragon cards that do similar things. Personally, I'd keep that cyber dragon and pendulum monster for something better since this card's attack is only 1500 and it's defence is a mere 400, if your opponent gets something that inflicts the difference to a defence position monster you'd be screwed.
