Thomas★Zero
Hestia KnifeSpell CardSpecial Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Warrior-Type monster from your hand or graveyard to your side of the field and equipped this card to the summoned monster as a Equip Spell Card. Once per turn: you can place 1 "Hestia" counter on this card. The equipped monster gains 600 ATK and DEF for each "Hestia" counter on this card. Once per turn during either players turn, if the equipped monster leaves the field: instead of sending this card to the graveyard, you can target 1 Special Summoned Warrior-Type monster you control: equip this card to the targeted monster. While this card has 2 or more "Hestia" counters on it: you can remove 2 "Hestia" counters from this card; draw 1 cards. You can only have 1 face-up "Hestia Knife" on your side of the field. Atypical-Abbie
Firstly, you cannot target a card in your hand, since cards in your hand are not public knowledge. Secondly, I see no point in making it a Normal Spell Card if you're just gonna make it an Equip Spell Card anyway. Ok, some cards can search it like Hidden Armory, but it's not really that big of a deal. Thirdly, you are making it re-target, which means you will lose the counters on it, which I don't think your intention was since you also have the "instead of sending it to the Graveyard" part, so just remove that. As for the card itself, it's decent enough, a free Special Summon + 600 ATK and DEF is not bad, being able to re-target it is probably what saves it not being useless, since cards that Summon from the hand are typically not super great when other cards can do so from the Graveyard or even Deck. I doubt the last effect will be used all that much really, since your monster is likely to die, even with the boost. Rather, it being able to continuously boost your monsters if another one leaves the field is pretty neat.
Thomas★Zero
Well I made change for improvements...* Made it so Knife can Special from hand or graveyard so it would be more effective.* changed the wording for the pass over effect to try and avoid the counter loss.Still IDK why you can't target cards in your hand since you at least would know them for it to work. DuelSpectre
You could remove the targeting clause altogether to avoid the issue entirely. You can remove the counter limit so that the knife can acquire counters indefinitely. Lastly, you can change the effect to removing 2 counters to draw 2 (or 1), similar to how Shard of Greed works.
