Tinkerer
First card for my season archetypes. The Summer cards make use of the face-up in deck mechanic for their shenanigans. Phantom of Summer Fire * Fiend/Effect (1) When this face-up monster is removed from the field, shuffle it face-up into your deck. (2) If this face-up monster is drawn, you may discard it to draw 2 cards. You may only use "Phantom of Summer's" (2) effect once per turn. 0/0 Powerful, yes, but I feel a sufficiently slow effect. It does run into the problem of honesty though as one could fairly easily shuffle this card near the top of the deck. In any case, yeah CnC as you see fit! MetaSkipper
Synergy with Convulsion of Nature, although that's probably at least a bit situational. Stinks if you end up with two face-up Phantoms in a row, though. As for cheating, well, cheaters will be cheaters. You can always have the classic shuffle/cut technique every time, if you're worried. Tinkerer
Yeah, I used Convulsion of Nature as the base for the design of the Summer archetype. It nets the user a double advantage: getting their monster effects + knowing their opponent's draws.
