I love how he says that the BBC are biased against UKIP, funny because the Green who have more members get next to no coverage, so he should grateful UKIP get coverage at all.

 

As for a cut back, these are shows that bring alot of viewers to the BBC and in order for them to keep up with ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, etc they need to be able to provide a wide variety of shows or risk losing any external money sources.
