LORE:
Cannot be Normal Summon or Set. This card can only be Special Summon (from your hand) by banishing 2 monsters your opponent controls and then Special Summon this card to your opponent's side of the field. This card cannot be destroyed by card effects and it cannot be tributed under any condition. This card cannot be used as Fusion, Synchro, or Xyz Material. During each of this card's controller's Standby Phases, they take 500 points of damage. During each of this card's controller's End Phases, they must tribute 1 other monster on their field OR take 800 points of damage. (This is not optional)
LORE:
Cannot be Special Summon. When this card is Normal Summon or flipped face-up, return this card to its owners hand during the End Phase. When this card is Normal Summon or flipped face-up, you can target 1 LIGHT or Dragon-type monster in your Graveyard and add that target to your hand. If this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent, you gain LP equal to the damage they took.
Endless Darkness is basically a banishing Dragon version of Lava Golem, but that your opponent cannot destroy it with card effects or use it to make ED monsters.

Keep in mind that it is still a 4K beatstick for them to use; and if they have Skill Drain, it will backfire on you.

Though much like Lava Golem, you'd likely use this in a stall Deck and make sure they won't have the resources to pay the maintenance cost.

In the short run, the damage output is weaker; but if your opponent can't Tribute (and you can force the second effect with Mask of Restrict); then the 1300 burn will add up quickly.

----

Northern Lights basically restores LP and bounces a used LIGHT/Dragon in your Graveyard for usage later.

Honestly, can't really think of top-caliber Decks that would have space for this; considering this is a 2-Tribute investment to bring out every time.

Chaos Dragons might be able to do something about this, as can generic Dragon builds; but again I really don't know right now.
