And exactly where are you Special Summoning the monster from?

Keep in mind that you need to specify a location; otherwise it implies you can Special Summon from anywhere (and that's not good).

As it is though, this has the potential to Special Summon a high Level monster with powerful stats without much setup (assuming you have another L8 Plant to ditch). 

Of course, you can also use to Special Summon smaller monsters if the Princesses are dead weight in your hand.

 

Then we have its S/T locking effect, if you either get 87 or some of the Plant Princesses out on the field.

Helps to stop your opponent from triggering backrow, allowing you to attack freely or do whatever is needed.

 

I would say get rid of the "equal to" part, but seeing as no Level 9 and over Plants exist; doing so would kill the purpose of making Plant Princesses.

Again, specify where you're going to SS from.
