This card cannot be special summoned. When this card is normal summoned, place 5 "Head Counters: on it. Increase the ATK of this card by 500 points for every "Head Counter". If this card would be destroyed through battle or card effect, remove one "Head Counter", do not destroy this card, and reduce the ATK by 500 points. When there are 0 "Head Counters" on this card, destroy it, along with all cards on the field.

Cannot be Special Summoned. When this card is Normal Summoned: Place 5 Head Counters on it. This card gains 500 ATK for every Head Counter on it. When this card would be destroyed by battle or a card effect: Remove 1 Head Counter from this card instead. When there are 0 Head Counters on this card: Destroy this card, and when you do, destroy all cards on the field.

 

Here, we have a 2-Tribute monster that reaches 2500 ATK maximum; has 5 chances to block effects/destruction and then nukes the field when no more counters.

That being said, since the counter removal is mandatory, you have no say in what you stop (it does it automatically).

 

Of course, your opponent can remove the counters themselves (or you can, with Counter Cleaner or something), but then they risk nuking their own field. Or like most people nowadays, just use Castel to remove it (or banish it); since this cannot block non-destruction.

 

Also, you need to mention what Attribute this is.

Probably won't matter too much, but depending on what it is, other Decks might find some obscure use for it.
