Sleepy
You cannot activate this card if you control more than 1 non-Token Special Summoned monster. Neither player can Special Summon monsters with 1900 or more ATK face-up. Each player can only Special Summon a monster face-down once while this card is face-up on the field. If a card is sent from the field to the Graveyard: Destroy this card. The idea of this card is to be a replacement for Vanity's. It has a similar self-removal clause. It has the ability to block Special Summons, but it leaves a window for the smaller ones so that players' decks can still function defensively and/or fall back onto Tribute Summons if they can. Or Special Summon something and reinforce it in some way. Also, you can't swarm and activate this card. You'll have an edge by controlling a potentially stronger Special Summoned monster, but no more than 1. Thoughts? Is this as bad as Vanity's or is it actually not good enough? Suggestions also welcome.
Sir Yamiegg
Bad pun which is made into a good pun simply because of how cute the fan is. It's not really much better design-wise than Vanity's because now it's a replacement for Vanity's but only in Decks like Bujin, Yosenju, Noble Knights, Battlin' Boxers and Qliphort. BA, however, give no ****s, Ritual Beasts can't summon Apelios but the rest of their Deck can function... Nekroz is shut down though, Shaddolls are locked out from their Fusions and Tellarknights from their Xyzs. So it hits less decks than Vanity's but imo it's still as bad because it's an "absolute" floodgate against most decks, shutting the entire thing down. Cards like that are unhealthy for the game, as much as I hate that term.
