Monarch King
During either player's turn: You can banish this card from your hand or your side of the field; this turn, each time your opponent adds a card(s) from their Deck to their hand, except by drawing them (except during the Damage Step), immediately banish 1 card from their Graveyard. You can only use 1 "D.D. Wolf" per turn. as Trishula, the banish eff does not target.
The Nyx Avatar
I'd personally consider this card balanced (although someone will argue otherwise) as some archetypes are or have been dependent on the Graveyard, such as Shaddoll and Burning Abyss. Also, I wish Konami made more "D.D." monsters that weren't useless (Telepon and Sargasso being examples of such feeble editions).

They add only with Scarm (so only once per turn) and with the 2nd eff of Good & Evil (as i have seen, not many players run this card). Shaddolls now are playing with Star Seraphs, they add only with Scepter and Hedgehog. Neither Burning Abyss nor Shaddolls are depended on adding power, Qliphorts ignore this card since they go to Extra. It's a sided card for Decks that are depended on adding power such as Nekroz, Volcanics, maybe Tellars, and thereafter, it can be used against decks that have adding power but they are not competitive such as mermails, dark worlds.
