I'm going to have a very long day grading this card...

 

You can Normal Summon/Set this card, but if you do, its effects are negated. Must be Special Summoned from your hand, Deck or Graveyard in Attack Position while you have 1500 or less LP, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. When this card is Special Summoned: Pay LP until you have 100 left; this card gains ATK/DEF equal to 5x the amount you paid. When this card is destroyed: Destroy all Spell/Trap Cards on the field; also banish all cards in both players' Graveyard.

 

So basically, this acts like anime Winged Dragon of Ra, except with a LP condition and gets 5x the amount.

Just keep in mind that number values in Yugioh generally end in 00; 1 is reserved for anime/manga plot devices.

 

At the most, this card reaches 7000 ATK/DEF, and essentially acts as a Heavy Storm/Big Burn if you even bother to pop it with general card effects or somehow trash it in battle. 

 

Yeah, this card's broken as hell and as thus, moved to the appropriate area.

I should note that its summoning conditions are essentially laughable, and on the lines of anime plot device that characters are known for doing.

DIVINE monsters are fine, BUT you need a good reason for doing so.
