A Special something that allows non-tuner decks to have a way of using Synchro Monsters with out the need of tuners.

Big issue here. There is no limit on what synchros you can summon with this effect, which means a deck that does not run the proper requirements for niche level 8 synchros can run those synchros. 

 

Another problem. Generic Rank 4. There are a million and one decks that can benefit from this and can now spit out a 2800 beater that pops cards while giving it fuel to do so (Scrap Dragon in case you were wondering)

 

This thing should not recycle itself. period.

Made the changes that it needs to be 2500 ATK or less and that it has to be a generic (just need to figure out wording for it from what I got on the card.)
