Its hilarious how Yugo use's this with his only "Dice" monster being his tuner for how situational this it. On the other hand if Yugo gets more tuners and their all "Dice" monsters that would make more sense with this.

I see also Red-Eyed Dice is a level 1 Tune so that's cool. Guess all of Yugo's tuners will be dice monsters.

OOOOOOOHHH... THAT'S why it worked out like this. I'd not seen Red-Eyed Dice yet, that explains a lot.

Still, this is really conditional.

It's a plot device card, but it works with Yugo's style of using resources in the Graveyard.
