I Hate Snatch Steal
Once per turn: You can reveal 1 "Tachyon" card in your hand to declare a Level from 1 to 8; this card becomes that Level until the End Phase. You can only use this effect of"Tachyon Beast" once per turn. This card cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster. During either player's turn, if a "Tachyon" monster you controlled that was destroyed this turn is in your graveyard or banished zone: you can discard this card to target that monster; special summon that target and if you do, you can return 1 monster your opponent controls to the hand. If this card is Summoned, you can add 1 "Tachyon" card from your Deck to your hand, except "Tachyon Captain". You can only use this effect of "Tachyon Captain" once per turn and if you add a spell/trap card, you cannot activate cards of the same name for the rest of this turn. Some of these are remakes of anime only "tachyon" cards Target 1 "Tachyon" monster you control or 1 monster you control that was summoned by a "Tachyon" card's effect; that target is unaffected by your opponent's card effects this turn. When this card is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect): Target 1 "Tachyon" spell/trap card in your Graveyard; banish that target. During your next Standby Phase, add it to your hand. If there are 3 or more "Tachyon" cards in your graveyard with different names: Target 1 monster you control; special summon 1 xyz monster from your extra deck that can use that target as 1 of its xyz materials (this special summon is treated as an xyz summon) by using that target as an xyz material and attach this card to the summoned monster as an xyz material. If you summon a "Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon" monster this way, it is unaffected by your opponent's card effects until the End Phase. This card vaguely inspired by the finale of startrek voyager, with the idea of getting something you don't have all the requirements for yet (in this case its an xyz monster you haven't summoned yet instead of advanced technology you haven't invented yet).
