Clan Ogre is basically a RoTA that triggers on Special Summoning via Infiltrator.

To be honest, there really is no reason to run it over RoTA, which is simple searching (what this card does AFTER it gets SSed)

 

Infiltrator just sets up for Ogre, but nothing more.

It was simply a suggestion and it does relate to the design of the card from what I see. I said it because the text would have been nicer displayed if it was in this card maker which would make it look like a real card.

I wouldn't bother otherwise.

Fair enough. Although, suggesting a method so that it "looks" better is also part of the design is it not? After all, we all strive to make cards that we could actually use in our fan duels so we want them to go along with Yu-Gi-Oh standards right? Otherwise they are not usable.

Back to the matter at hand:
I generally like how it works. However, since Green Clan Ogre can only be summoned through the "Green Clan Infiltrator" you could increase the level and ATK/DEF points a bit.

Also, the wording of Green Clan Ogre would be more Yu-Gi-Oh like (I think) if it is:
This card cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Green Clan Infiltrator". When this card is Special Summoning successfully: Add 1 Warrior-Type monster from your Deck to your hand.

Rephrasing text technically falls under OCG fixes (which are allowed, provided you give proper critique alongside it).

However yes, you do have to make sure people understand what you intended for the card to do. Although keep in mind OCG/PSCT is hard for new members to comprehend at times.
