Anyway, I might as well say stuff about the cards.

I am a bit iffy about Sound being a somewhat generic S8 Pendulum, but then again, we just got a new one in SD29 (Dragonvein); although that one needs a Magician to work in tandem with it,

This one can go anywhere (although it's meant to work with the other one).

 

Speed Magician is just a larger Speed Warrior, but the reference is there.

Sound is Salvage Warrior (I think).

 

Then again, both of them are intended to make OECWD (abbreviated), although you can't use just these two cards. However, Speed's P-Effect helps if you can't fit any of the existing Synchro Tuners.

In terms of Clear Wing, this thing can definitely become a game-ender if done properly; provided you pop your Scales (though you're likely winning by then if you're popping them). 

Can definitely say this is easier to summon than most of the Accel Synchros thus far.
