DoctorMiracle
For all those people who hate pendulums, xyz, and/or synchro monsters, then this is the card for you. I made a similar card that negated millage so go ahead and look at it if you want. If this card is unbalanced or you have any concerns, feel free to comment down below.Edit: Changed some stuff commented from Sakura to change it up a bit. The life point payment has been reduced and only one card of this type can be out. If there is still any problems, yell at me down below.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Next time, post the card's effect underneath; it is rather difficult to read it. I'll type it out for the benefit of other members: Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 2 monsters with different Attributes in your Graveyard. Neither player can Pendulum Summon monsters. Once per turn, if your opponent Synchro Summons or Xyz Summons a monster: You can have this card lose 500 ATK, and if you do, negate that summon. If this effect was activated this turn, your opponent must pay LP equal to its Level/Rank x 200 to Synchro Summon or Xyz Summon a monster. I can pretty much say this is a floodgate in all senses of the word. One, it locks down all Pendulum Summoning, so this means stuff like Performapals, Qlis (although they likely have ways around this), Igknights (definitely them) and some other things get hit hard (if not neutered completely). And then, it locks down Synchro or Xyz Summons by negating the summon (in a similar vein to Solemn Warning and a lot of other things); then taxes the opponent to pay more LP to summon additional ED. (Unless you're one of the heavy ED-summoning Decks; this thing is basically ED-Warning on legs) Also, what's to stop you from having two or more of these out on the field, and basically negating further summons? I should probably note that Chaos decks likely have a spot for this, as do a few other Decks that are worth mentioning. What's more, this card is also revivable (since wording implies that it's a Semi-Nomi). Change it to a Nomi monster, and either restrict it to having only 1 copy out at a time OR a hard OPT on said effect. I'd probably get rid of the last effect also. --- Seriously though, this thing is essentially 5Ds and beyond hate.
DoctorMiracle
Yeah, I probably have to fix the effect and post the updated card effect later. Thanks for the feedback, Sakura. I had a feeling it was a little overpowered.
