While all the face-cards in your Graveyard, Extra Deck and/or on your side of the field have different names, neither player can activate cards, or the effects of cards, or Summon monsters with the same name as a face-up card in their Graveyard, Extra Deck and/or their side of the field. If you control only 1 monster and all face-up monsters in your Graveyard, Extra Deck and/or on your side of the field have different names: You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then target that monster; this turn, it cannot be destroyed by battle and is unaffected by your opponent's card effects.

 

Basically, it is a strong floodgate but only playable on Highlander or banisher decks, and forces the opponent to play the Highlander game. Also it comes with a cute protection reward for your monsters that also prevents it from disabling itself with multiple copies.
