3 suggestions.

 

The card cannot attack. So it would be beneficial for said card to have some way to not easily killed by battle to compensate.

 

1) Either a really good statline up, 2400 Atk for example

 

Seeing that this card can work under Drain, I see utility in Yang Zing, my suggestion, make the card a wyrm. Outside of that, solid card mate

Senet-based cards are... a bit of a grey area. There's a little reason why they never broke out of Cyberdark Impact, and are a contributing reason to Cyberdark Impact's infamy as a terrible pack. Read the commentary here, under Problem #4.

 

Essentially, this card boils down to "target 1 card your opponent controls and 1 other monster you control; destroy the target your opponent controls, then destroy the other target." Decent removal nearly on par with that of Scrap Dragon. I feel that it can do away with the "can't attack ever" clause and instead swap it with "this card cannot attack the turn you activate this effect."
