DoctorMiracle
It's time to be generous as this card gives you a chance to aid your field advantage while allowing you to draw cards to complete the end game. Trebuchet MS
There can only be 1 "Perenna the Gift Giver" face-up on the field. When this card is Summoned: You can return as many shuffle any number of cards on from your hand or side of the field or hand into the owner's Deck, then and the owner draws as that many cards that were sent by this effect. Once per turn: You can return as many shuffle any number of cards from your hand into the Deck, then and draw as that many sent by this effect cards. A monster-based reusable Magical Mallet feels quite handy - unlike the original Magical Mallet it won't -1 you and you get to filter cards out. Not sure why you'd want to shuffle cards on your field into the Deck unless it's dead weight. The original version of the card makes it seem like you can shuffle your opponent's cards they control into the Deck, which can be problematic. Yes, they get to draw cards, but when you can freely wipe their field, it clears the path for a game-ending finish. After all, your opponent's draws are no use when they're too dead to use them. I hope that's not part of the intended function.
Sander
The fact here is that it can do a whole board sweep and set back your opponent by miles, leaving you open for OTK shenanigans. Or it can be just used as a Compulsory Escape Device on legs to remove a problematic monster or be used as simple floodgate removal. Change the first effect. I don't know what you should change it to..."When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 card your opponent controls and 1 card you control; return the targeted cards to hand, then each player draws 1 card." Or something like that.
