Tinkerer
Ok, so I'm planing on making a Storybook Archetype that plays out like a fairy tale or some kind of epic. This is one of the powerful cards of the deck. My question is, is it too powerful (since the destruction effect is supposed to be continuous)? Storybook Mastermind DARK 10* Spellcaster/Effect This card cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. This card can only be Special Summoned to your opponent's side of the field by tributing 1 "Storybook" monster they control except "Storybook Princess". Destroy all monsters you control except "Storybook" monsters. This card is unaffected by your opponent's trap and monster effects. 3000/3000 Just know that it is fairly easy to bring Storybook monsters onto your opponent's side of the field, so the summon condition is actually quite light. Face McShooty
it's destruction effect seems anticlimatic, because if you summon it to their side by tributing a storybook monster they control, you give them an easy 3000 ATK monster and a potential OTK depending on what other Storybook monsters they control
Tinkerer
Yeah. My question was more along the lines of is it too much b/c while it is on the field, any monster that the opponent summons (unless they play Storybooks as well) will be destroyed as well. It gives the opponent a choice. Keep Mastermind and it's high attack and protection, or get rid of it yourself so that you can use your own monsters.
