Neptune as she is the only one I know there. Toss up between Rin and Stephanie Dola but Rin gets it as I like her more. The third is where it gets difficult. Eria is probably my favourite yugioh card and probably my favourite blue haired female, but I like Honaka just as much, but have to go with Eria cause I've known for longer and blue hair.
