As we can all see quite easily Reactor cards are an interesting design, however are in such a way undersupported (and with the wrong cards like fake explosion) that they deserve a bit of attention.

 

1.)

Reactor Alignment         Spell Card  (Continuous)

When this card is activated you can add up to 1 each of "Summon Reactor SK", "Trap Reactor Y FI" and "Spell Reactor RE" from your deck to your hand.

Your opponent cannot activate cards or effects when a "Reactor" monster is summoned, or when the effect of a "Reactor" Spell card is activated.

 

2.)

Attack Reactor AI   DARK

Level 7          Pendulum Scale 7/7

Machine/Pendulum/Effect

 

Pendulum Effect: Once per turn, if you have a "Reactor" or "Salvo" card, "Flying Fortress AIR BASE" or "Giant Naval Carrier 'Basilisk'" in your other Pendulum Zone: You can make this card's Pendulum Scale become 11, also you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except "Reactor", "Salvo" monsters, "Flying Fortress AIR BASE" or "Giant Naval Carrier 'Basilisk'" (even if this card leaves the field).

 

Monster Effect: The first time a monster on your opponent controls side of the field declares an attack; negate that attack and inflict 800 damage to your opponent. You can send 1 face-up "Aiming Reactor R BA", 1 face-up "Monster Reactor SA" and this face-up card you control to the Graveyard to Special Summon 1 "Flying Fortress AIR BASE" from your hand or Deck.

3.)

Aiming Reactor R BA   DARK

Level 5    Pendulum Scale 2/2

Machine/Pendulum/Effect

 

Pendulum Effect: Once per turn you can target 1 "Reactor" monster you control; it is treated as a tuner monster.

 

Monster Effect: Once per turn, when your opponent adds a card(s) from their deck to their hand (except during the Draw Phase or the Damage Step): You can destroy one of those card(s) and inflict 800 damage to your opponent.

You can only activate this effect of "Aiming Reactor R BA" once per turn.

4.)

Monster Reactor SA     DARK

Level 6   Pendulum Scale 2/2

Machine/Pendulum/Effect

 

Pendulum Effect: If you don't have a card, except a "Reactor" or "Salvo" card, "Flying Fortress AIR BASE" or "Giant Naval Carrier 'Basilisk'" in your other Pendulum Zone, you can discard 1 card; Add 1 "Reactor" monster from your deck to your hand.

You can only activate this effect of "Monster Reactor SA" once per turn.

 

Monster Effect: Once per turn, when your opponent activates a monster effect, you can destroy that monster and inflict 800 damage to your opponent.

                         You can only activate this effect of "Monster Reactor SA" once per turn.

5.)

Flying Fortress AIR BASE   DARK

Level 8   Pendulum Scale 4/4

Machine/Pendulum/Effect

 

Pendulum Effect: If you have a "Reactor" or "Salvo" card, or "Giant Naval Carrier 'Basilisk'" in your other Pendulum Zone, you can target up to 2 "Reactor", "Flying Fortress" or "Salvo" monsters in your Graveyard; add those targets to your hand.

You cannot Xyz Summon.

You can only activate this effect of "Flying Fortress AIR BASE" once per turn.

 

Monster Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set.This card must first be Special Summoned by the effect of "Attack Reactor AI".

You can target 1 Level 8 or lower Dark Machine-type Synchro monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target.

Once per turn, each Spell Card with "Reactor" in its name, "Flying Fortress AIR BASE" or "Giant Naval Carrier 'Basilisk'" cannot be destroyed by card effects.

You can only activate the effect of "Flying Fortress AIR BASE" once per turn.

You can only control 1 "Flying Fortress AIR BASE".

6.)

Multi Salvo DARK

Level 3   Pendulum Scale 9/9

Machine/Pendulum/Tuner/Effect

 

Pendulum Effect: You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters, except "Reactor" or "Salvo" monsters, "Flying Fortress AIR BASE" or "Giant Naval Carrier 'Basilisk'". This effect cannot be negated.

 

Monster Effect: When this card is Normal Summoned: You can add 1 "Reactor", "Salvo" or "Flying Fortress" monster from your Deck to your hand, except "Multi Salvo".

                         This card cannot be used as Synchro material, except for the Synchro Summon of a DARK Machine type monsters.

7.)

Giant Naval Carrier 'Basilisk'         DARK

Level 10          Pendulum Scale 11/11

1 machine-type tuner + 1 or more machine-type non-tuners

 

Pendulum Effect: If you Pendulum Summo, you can target 1 "Reactor" monster, 1 "Flying Fortress SKY FIRE" or 1 Level 9 or lower Machine-type Synchro Monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target, ignoring the Summoning Conditions.

 

Monster Effect: When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can target 1 DARK Machine-type Synchro Monster in your Graveyard or 1 "Flying Fortress" monster that is in your Graveyard or face-up in your extra deck; Special Summon it, ignoring the summoning conditions.

Cannot be destroyed (by battle or card effects), or targeted by card effects, while you control another level 7 or higher DARK machine-type monster, except "Giant Naval Carrier 'Basilisk'".

Once per turn you can target 1 Pendulum Zone on your side of the field; If a card is in that Pendulum Zone, destroy it, then place this card in that Pendulum Zone.

8.)

Reactor Supplies     Spell (Normal)

If you did not activate the Pendulum Effect of a Pendulum Monster this turn: Discard 1 card; add 2 "Reactor" Pendulum Monsters with different names from your Deck to your hand, also "Magician" cards in your Pendulum Zones cannot be targeted by card effects, until the end of your opponent’s next turn. You can only activate 1 "Reactor Supplies" per turn.

 

Mutli Salvo and Reactor Supplies are obviously based on Performapla Skullcrobat Joker and Pendulum Call.

Is this Support enough, perhaps too much and does it support the old playstyle rather than creating a new ?

Balancing advices (if necessary) are hoped for.
