Pendulum Effect:You can reveal 1 Pendulum Normal Monster in your hand, then target 1 face-up monster you control; until the end of the turn, it becomes a Tuner. You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters during the turn you use this effect, except Normal Pendulum Monsters Flavor Text:Seen as the deity of snow and rain, this mythical dragon flies across the sky, in the spring making it rain, in the winter making it snow. In any case, it does help Vanilla Pendulums make Synchros more easily in the absence of Tuner monsters. I would say Igknights could use this to make Level 8s or something, but they already have one per say in Dracoslayer.Actually, they could probably appreciate this card's ability to turn themselves into Tuners for other generic Level 8s (since Dracoslayer Luster is restricted to that lone Synchro for right now). Problem is with synergy (do they have room to run this card?), but this card certainly has other applications elsewhere. As Forest Fire mentioned, a generic Scale 8 is a bit risky to have (although Dragonpit is indeed a generic Scale 8 without drawbacks, so can't really say much about that).
