**Effect**

When this card is Normal Summoned: You can Tribute 1 other monster you control; add 1 Level 8, 7 or 6 Dragon-Type monster from your Deck to your hand. If this card is sent to the Graveyard by a card effect; Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower or Normal Dragon-Type monster from your Graveyard in face-up Defense Position. Its effects are negated. You can only use this effect of "Armed Des Dragon" once per turn.

Main complaint here is that this card can revive itself (negating its effects here won't work when it dies to a card effect), and that it touches 2000 ATK with no visible downside. Would tone down its ATK towards 1800 or so, and have it so that it can't Special Summon itself (or have a hard OPT clause since this triggers off any way it gets sent to the Grave)
