An interesting Synchro Pendulum Monster, it focuses on drawing and revealing, and it's able to set up a Scale 12 as well.

 

Pendulum Effect:

Once per turn: You can discard 1 card, then draw 1 card and reveal it, then if the drawn card is a Pendulum Monster, you can place it in your other Pendulum Zone and its Pendulum Scale becomes 12 until the end of this turn, but for the rest of the turn, non-Pendulum Monsters cannot attack.

 

Monster Effect:

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
When this card is Synchro Summoned by using a Pendulum Monster as Synchro Material: You can discard 1 card from both players hands (if any), also after that, both players draw 1 card, then if the drawn card is a Pendulum Monster, each player can reveal their card, and if they do, their opponent takes 1000 damage. You can Tribute this card, then target 1 card in your Pendulum Zone; place it on top of your Deck, then place this card in that Pendulum Zone.

 

 

[The Highlander]

So basicly you allow level 8 synchros to be able to become scale 1-12 makers.

Again an interesting card, however it might be a bit too costly to be very useful, requiring 2 synchro materials and afterwards exactly one card in your pendulum zone, only to require another discard to get that one casrd in the pendulum zone you already had back, so you invest 4 cards to set pendulum scales of 1 and 12, however currently the only monster actually worthy of setting such a high scale would be majosenju daibakaze.

The only deck I could come up with right now would be odd-eyes/performapal/magicians for a teched daibakaze, however if you would use it you would need a tuner besides superior dragon magician and arc in the sky or mst to get rid of the other card in your pendulum zone and you could also use the tuner you would tech for this for a glow-up bulbto turn odd-eyes into a hot red dragon archfiend abyss, so I am not too sure what the point of this card would be, except being a potential tool for the future ... then again you could also play it for a recuring 2.7k attacker (which could be summoned twice with 2 odd-eyes pendulum dragons and 1 glow-up bulb).
