TF2_The_Scout
2 Level 2 monstersOnce per turn: You can detach 1 Material from this card; Draw 1 card, then if the card drawn is a level 2 or lower monster, you can discard 1 card and draw 1 card. Inflict 400 damage to your opponent for every DARK monster in their Graveyard. Equip only to a Level 4 or lower Machine-Type monster. Only that monster can attack and it may attack your opponent directly. If the monster this card is equipped to is destroyed and this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can add 1 Machine-Type monster from your Deck to Hand. "Qliphort" monsters in the Pendulum Zones cannot be targeted by card effects. If a "Qliphort" monster(s0) would be destroyed: You can pay 1000 LP for every card that would be destroyed instead. Send 1 "Vampire" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard; Special Summon 1 "Vampire" monster from your Graveyard that has the same level. If your Life Points are less than 2000 and you control no monsters: Special Summon as many Warrior-Type monsters from your Graveyard as possible. The original ATK of any monster summoned by this effect becomes 2300 and cannot attack directly. Their effects are negated. Send the top card of your Deck to the Graveyard for every monster summoned by this effect.

Woloa
These cards...in no particular order:Quil Shield: I'm kinda amazed it didn't already exist.Last Stand: I like it, that's all I can say about it.Vampire Rising: Vamp Support, I've not looked into vamps so I don't know how useful it is.Burning Fiend: just... no. someone running a fiend deck can't fight back against that...Power Armor: as a user of low level machines, I enjoy the card. I would run it.Lightning Beetle: A slightly better Gold Rat.Also, I didn't even know I could house randoms like this.
TF2_The_Scout
Maybe Burning Fiend is too OP. I thought it would be counter meta, but I'll change it.
Woloa
"Counter Meta" and "Force Meta to Change" are too different things.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Just remember that Casual is light on the meta; it's for you guys who hate the current gamestate and whatever else that Konami is responsible for doing. Lightning Beetle works similarly to Gold Rat; except it's a free draw (you don't need to shuffle another card), plus you can draw more if card is a Level 2. It's also much stronger and easier to summon than 56 (tbh, that card is pretty much useless nowadays). Burning Fiend can hurt the opponent hard in the late game, when they have a sizable amount. I'd reduce the damage to maybe 200-300 per monster. But yeah, it punishes the opponent for milling Fiends (screws Burning Abyss and D/D's to an extent, among others). I'm not a fan of it being able to recur itself instantly for no cost, to be honest. Mecha Power Armor is nice for bypassing defenses, and tutors a Machine if the equipped monster dies. While yes, other cards can't attack; it's still guaranteed damage for the most part. Qliphort Shield blocks their scales from being popped and protects them a bit (assuming you're willing to pay LP to do it). IMO, Qlis shouldn't be getting more toys than they absolutely need. But yes, MST and effect removal is common, so... Vampire mills another and revives stuff; basically setup for Book of Life or other revival stuff for them. Not sure what they do nowadays, save for SSing and making combos with that Field of theirs. They'd probably have some use for it. Last Stand is effectively a Soul Charge for Warriors in pinch situations. In a similar vein to that, mass SSing isn't nice, especially since they can also be used to Xyz/Synchro/Fusion Summon stuff. They make good monster beaters, but again that's about all they can do. Of course, it does cost you up to 5 cards from the Deck (you'll probably have a full Graveyard by the time you get this out); but then again, some monsters can just trigger when they get summoned, so I'd recommend negating their effects. TF2_The_Scout
Burning Fiend has been given a nerf. And Sakura, it's not that I hate the current game state. It's that I'm oblivious to the term "overpowered".
Woloa
A nerf? you made it easier to use! All you did was put a cost for recycling it, which is a good thing mind you. I feel bad for anyone who tries to run a dark deck against it...
TF2_The_Scout
Maybe I should just take it out all together. Anyway, I took out the recyling bit.
