Keep in mind that we do have a Multiples section for this, which is where I'm moving this after I review your cards. 

 

In any case though, these two are basically stat boosters.

1400/1500 ATK isn't particularly bad, but do note that they are comparatively low to some of the other cards.

 

That, and they rely on each other for power ups to reach the power that current Level 4s already attain (1700-1900 level).

 

You can afford to buff their ATK (and DEF) a bit; a good amount is about 300-400 (as in the amount that they already get if their counterpart exists).

 

So in essence, just pump them to 1700-1800 ATK for base. Doing so will allow them to deal with opposing monsters much more easily on their own; if you get their counterparts out; all the better for you.

I must note that we are far from the era where stat boosters mean everything though.

But given these are Level 4 and under, it's not as bad.
