ihop
I think the main (and only) redeeming factor of this is the ability to send multiple cards from a pendulum summon. That's really useful and unless Horn is somehow errata'd it'd definitely be a major niche if there were more relevant pendulum decks. Other than that it seems very mediocre seeing as realistically half the time a well-played Horn will do almost the same thing in ending any play of any power that turn. All this does is give your opponent an extra card for next turn. If you look at Tellars, if they go Altair into Vega into Deneb or some combination of that and make Triverr, Black Horn will have shut them down just as much as this card does, at least for that turn, but a) neither has dealt with the real threat here which is Deneb's search and b) with Great Horn they have 1 more backrow to set in their main phase 2, or whatever. Tellars may be a specific example but it's similar for almost all inherent summon-based decks, with the exception of Infernoids which this may be decent against (but still gives them an extra card for the main phase 2). It'd be pretty good if multiple relevant decks frequently pendulum summon lots of cards that they can't get back from grave, but otherwise it seems very average. goodfusion
Well, it's more stalling and draw power for Appropriate Exodia decks.
