TF2_The_Scout
Must be Special Summoned by the effect of "Mask Change" and cannot be summoned other ways. When this card is summoned: Shuffle 3 "HERO" monsters in your Graveyard into your Deck, then draw 1 card. When this card destroys a monster: Inflict 200 damage to your opponent times that monster's level/rank.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Outside of Mask Change on Blazeman and those other two Heat HEROs, not too many ways you can summon this (except for Form Change or something). But more on that later [likely will be Blazeman]. This at least allows you to recycle dead Masked HEROs in the Graveyard (although you'd likely want them in the Grave for Chaos) or other ones, and get a free draw out of it.Burn effect is nice and all, but you can get away with having it hit Ranks also, so you can get mileage off of when this card pops an Xyz in battle. Or you can change it to burn for the ATK power of whatever you killed with this, so whether it's Xyz or not is irrelevant.Although if you feel that'll be too much, feel free to modify it to half damage or something. ----------As a whole, it is better than Goka in terms of a Level 6 Masked HERO; that thing only boosted for every dead HERO, but nothing else. This one can at least burn the opponent a bit. Picture-wise, it doesn't really fit the Masked HERO theme (plus, white background), but images are hard to find so not saying anything about it. TF2_The_Scout
I actually made this for a request for someone on Dueling Network of the same name. I thought it was an awesome idea, so I made it for them. The picture is what Anarchy wanted me to use. EDIT: Now inflicts burn damage for ranks, as well as levels.
