razzy
Not really much to say about it. It eats Pendulums (somewhat literally). Thought about giving it some kind of immunity to destruction/targeting/battle (maybe a combo of the 2 if it had enough material). But thought I'd post a somewhat rough draft first. Hope you enjoy. If there is at least 1 card in a player's Pendulum Zone, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can only Special Summon "Pendulum Influencer" once per turn this way. When Special Summoned this way: Attach all cards in each player's Pendulum zones to this card. This card gains effects, based on the number of Pendulum cards attached to it. * 1 or more: This card gains 200 ATK/DEF for each Pendulum card card attached to it. * 2 or more: Negate the effects of all cards in each player's Pendulum zone, also neither player can Pendulum Summon. * 3 or more: During your Draw Phase, if the card you draw is a Pendulum monster: You can reveal it; attach it to this card or place it face-up in your Extra Deck, and if you do, draw 1 card. * 4 or more: You can send 1 Pendulum card attached to the card to the Graveyard; destroy 1 card on the field. PS: Also looking for a better name.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Given this card is not an Xyz Monster, it wouldn't make sense to "attach" the monster; what you're probably going for is equip. ---- In any case, I am not fond of its 2nd effect; given that it is indeed a floodgate against P-Summoning.If ever released, this card would neuter certain Decks like P-pals, Qlis, Igknight, Magicians and every other Deck that relies on Pendulums. Either change it to something else that doesn't involve locking out a summon mechanic, or move it to the 4 or more slot instead (or even make it require 5 equipped Pendulums). However, that will cut down on the amount of backrow you can play. ---- While yes, you'd want to run this in a Pendulum Deck, floodgates aren't fun; especially when we have a good amount of Decks that rely on the mechanic to do things.Other effects are fine, although 3 is iffy since it adds up fuel for the destruction effect. I would say put an OPT on the 4th effect though.
razzy
I get what you're saying about the second effect and will probably move it down. I meant for the purpose of "attach" to be attached to the card even though I know it is not an xyz. New mechanics are introduced almost all the time and this one was meant to be placing pendulums under non-pendulum monsters. Not sure if there is a better way I could word it though.
