You should reload the card, so it displays the proper Spell Card type.

I am assuming it is Continuous (since being a Field Spell would make very little sense).

 

Just keep in mind that unlike Zombie World, this card does nothing for the monsters in the Graveyard. 

That, and it doesn't do much against Normal Monsters outside of changing their Types.

 

For the stat drops, Xyz are immune to it; and for everything else, the stat drop is minimal and essentially results in weird stat values. (Normally, any stat drops result in values ending in either 00 or 50; or or divisible by 100). In this card's case, you could go the Burden of the Mighty route and do that.

 

The way you have it now implies that you take the monster's Level and decrease its ATK by that.

As a whole, the only thing this card has going for it is the stat drop, and as mentioned, it's awkward + doesn't do much.
