Shuffle Reborn

If you control no monsters: Target 1 monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it, but its effects are negated, also banish it during the End Phase. You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then target 1 card you control; banish 1 card from your hand during the End Phase of this turn, also shuffle that target into the Deck, and if you do, draw 1 card. You can only use this effect of "Shuffle Reborn" once per turn.

While I haven't had much ability to test this, I've given it some testing and thought, and this card is actually pretty.

It lets you spin used up Call/Fiendish or a Vanity's for reuse, while netting you a draw in order to just push for the rest of the game or figure out what you're doing overall. The banish is usua''y neglible or avoidabld.

It lets you spin ED monsters in order to dodge dolls, which is especially relevant with Xyz that don't become Diamond, as you also restock their effects.

And the revive, while not always live, is just a Cyber Dragon-Esque revival, so even with negating it's fine for fodder.

i do wish the translation that said the spin worked in either turn was correct, though ;~;

clearly not a supee generic card, but it has decent or better interactions

In all honestly, I'd run it just for the first effect. It puts free damage on the board, and doesn't stop grave triggers if used as an xyz/synchro/fusion summon. It can be some bizarre tech in BA since it negates the field effects too, meaning no self-destruct.

As for more important things though:

Relevant for:

- Any Shaddoll to subsequently use in a fusion

- Tricklown

- Star Seraph Scepter (use it on this, IF, Go Norden, Stick goes off blah blah, and you still have your normal summon)

- Another Cir for BA, to use in subsequent Xyz Summons that further trigger their effects

The card has a lot of potential, just from it's first effect.

I love how you can use both effects in the same turn too. Feels like it would be fun in Tellars.

..What would Tellars have to gain from this? by the time you get things in the grave, Tellars should already be set up with multiple altair plays.

Yeah Tellar was the first thing I thought of when I saw this, but it might be unnecessary/overkill. It does things that other cards do better.

I know you guys like buzzwords, but what cards? CotH and Oasis enable effects yeah, but are slow. This lets you be much more offensive. And you could argue Norden does a better job, but this has the extra flexibility of filtering off your hand and recycling things. It's actually pretty unique since only Triverr does what the last effect of this does.
