Yes, it's perfectly fine for the TC to use this image, even if it is of a character from another franchise.

Provided that they are aware that the character is indeed from another series (whether they found out from this post, or did so knowingly), if the image fits the card in question, then go ahead.

 

Main thing is how is the card designed?

 

On that note, keep in mind that you need to make a comment regarding that; effect-wise and all.

Disregarding the picture, what are your thoughts on it & do you think something needs to be changed (if any)?

In this regard, I could probably see D/D's using this card; although they only have Night Howling and some other things to banish for its effect.

That, and it is counterproductive in the Deck, given their combos with Swamp King.

 

Bouncing monsters is nice though; although at most, you'll probably get 1-2 uses max; assuming you use Howling/Lilith to make this (and they aren't already used to make the Archetype bosses)

 

There is Burial from a Different Dimension to recur them, yes, but I don't recall any builds that use it; at least according to Black's word on the Deck.

As much as I would like to say Burning Abyss have a use for this; they can't make 7s and they blow up if this card exists.

In conclusion, the amount of viable Decks that can play this isn't particularly great.

 

Most promising of them is D/D's, but whether or not they have space for this card is another story; given that they'd only have about 1-2 uses at best for this, and the Level 7 slot would be better used for Alexander and the other stuff they run.

Ahh I didn't know artwork belonged to league of legends; I will try find another image. It's true that not many decks nowadays can utilize the card to its full potential, if it were used in casual duel that didn't involve Xyzs/pendulums it would be slightly more useful provided that the game pace is a bit slower; thanks for feedback. I will try change effect hopefully not ruin the effect.
