I don't sleep, I live on coffee. 

 

But seriously I don't even know what it is anymore. 

 

I'm in the process of that. I don't drink coffee, though. I'm more of a soda guy, which is actually worse. lol

 

But seriously, as someone who's had insomnia for as long as I can remember, I'm at a point where I need two things in order to get at least 8 hours of sleep: Alcohol and no morning plans the next day. Even with either of those things, however, I have a very bad habit of staying up until well after midnight, resulting in a pretty shitty day that makes me want more alcohol the following night. It's become an actual problem for me and I should probably get help, but the thing is that it wouldn't help the insomnia.

What is your sleep schedule like?

Haha, don't even ask me. I'm that kind of person who says "hmh, I'm tired, gotta go to bed earlier! *playing Skyrim, watching videos, eating cornflakes, tickleing Button* Ah, funk, it's already 01:00 AM"

It's not better on school days, I go to bed around 11:00 PM or even later and I've got to go up at 6:00 AM

 

When do you go to sleep?

As I already told you - around 01:00 - 02:00 AM on vacations and 11:00 PM on school days.

 

When do you wake up?

It depends on the weather, I hate hot weather and that's why I usually wake up around 7:00 AM even on vacation. On school days I wake up around 8:00 - 9:00 AM. The same on weekends.

 

Do you use an alarm?

No, I'm too lazy to get one and I always forget to set my mobile phone as alarm.

 

Do you require medicinal sleep aids?

If antidepressant counts - yeah.
