Lore: Once per per duel, durring your Main Phase 2: you can banish a number of Level 2 or lower Dragon-Type monsters (from your hand or your Graveyard). This card gains 200 ATK for each card banished by this effect. If this card is used for the Synchro Summon of Dragon-Type monster, you can Special Summon a number of Dragon-Type monster(s) that are banished to your field which are equal to the number of non-Tuner monsters used for the Synchro Summon of the Dragon-Type monster (in face-up Defense Position.)

It has "Chaos Dragons" written all over it, where plenty of dragons get banished and Special Summoned. You wouldn't even need that once per duel effect. Just go for something like Scrap Dragon, Scarright, and so many others, and bring back a couple banished dragons to Xyz with.

Overall I'm not sure how fair the card could really be. It can potentially be humongous. It looks like it needs some nerfing.

Otherwise pretty cool concept and image.

One more (and off topic) thing:

Out of curiosity, what's the name of that character in your avatar?

Hmm, I do agree I need effective way to change effect without adding extra text. As for once per duel rule; without it you can keep banishing level 2 dragons and increasing his attack, so I had limit time you use it to (once per duel.)

I also don't who chaos dragons is, but I'll edit effect when I get time.

The avatar comes from anime/game danganronpa: nagito komaeda

200 per dragon is not much of a boost though, and it only banishes Level 2 or lower ones so it is underwhelming as an effect so I doubt it really needs the once per duel clause at all, but that's just me.

Chaos Dragons is not a card. It is a deck centered about the cards "Eclipse Wyvern", "Lightpulsar Dragon", and "Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon". Which banishes a lot of dragons (DARK and LIGHT specifically) to Summon huge monsters and revive each other whenever they can. It was a fairly popular deck back in the.. umm actually I don't remember how old that deck is anymore.... Ok after a chick check, it is 2 to 3 years old.

To be more detailed about what my suggestions could be:

You could easily make the banishing effect a once per turn one and increase the boost to 400 or so, that way it can start up with a solid 1900 ATK and enough setup to float (potentially) from the get go. Not that there are all that many Level 2 or lower commonly used Dragon-Types outside of White Stone of Legend so I wouldn't find it broken.

I also am not sure if it was intentional but the way it is currently written, the monsters it Special Summons from the banished zone do not share the same Level cap than what it can banish with its other effect, so even though you can only banish mini dragon cards you still can bring back a boss monster with it.

I think that isn't a bad thing at all, though bringing back/recycling as many as possible sounds like too much here, even for Defense Position measures as drawback. You can easily get an extra Rank 6 - 8 for free to attack with in addition to the Synchro you are making with it, plus a Scrap Dragon ammo that might trigger when destroyed by it. The play is pretty much the banned "Return from the Different Dimension" but more consistent to use.

If anything, I personally think you should limit that effect to a single revive or maybe only as many banished dragons "with the same name" or a Level cap (not one as low as 2 or lower though).... there are a few ways to potentially tone it down, you decide.

Thanks for the anime/videogame name btw.
