If the number lands 3 or under: Drawing a card, put the card drawn on the bottom of the deck. For summoning a monster, banish the monster. For Declaring a attack, damage the one that declared the attack with the amount of ATK of the monster that was attacking. For trap cards, Negate the trap. Because that would be an absolute nightmare with the rulings etc. For example, what is the opposite of negation (with Counter Traps such as Yosenjus' Secret Move)?
