Um...I see a problem here. Did you mean for him to be able to destroy every Monster your opponent has on the field or to only get one extra attack per turn? If the latter then I believe there is supposed to be a "Once per turn," before the "When this card destroys an opponent's Monster by battle". Otherwise, Masked Dragons and Shining Angels beware, Death doth be here. Also, that means that he also gets an automatic direct attack if he has a higher ATK than all your opponent's ATK/DEF if you meant the former. I just thought I'd try to help. ^~^

Its mean to be continuous as long it destroys a monster so yeah Masked Dragons, Shining Angels and Mystic Tomatoes beware.

I think it might be better if you simply gave it the E-Hero Wildedge effect, because it seems a little OP for it to get an almost auto-direct attack as well as killing all their monsters if your opponent is going defensive...
