Okay, so I pretty much have taken the whole month off from dancing since I am moving and will be switching dance schools. I have lost part of my 6pack, now a 4 pack. I don't like this.

 

So here is what is going to happen — I will do 3 reps of each per day. I will update after each day. I will only complete 1 rep each 5 days as a way to cool down. Those em-dashes are set to remind me of that. On each day (from the previous), I will add 5 more consecutive pieces to each rep:

 

Day 1: 30 Sit ups

15 Push ups

50 Leg lifts

30 sec plank

15 pull ups.

 

Also, this probably makes no sense.

 

Here goes

Day 1: Ran

Day 2:

-Finished set 1

-Finished set 2

-Finished set 3

Day 3:

-Finished set 1

So, let's see if I got this right:

 

On Day 1 you will do the following:

x3

30 Sit ups

15 Push ups

50 Leg lifts

30 sec plank

15 pull ups

 

On Day 2:

x3

35 Sit ups

20 Push ups

55 Leg lifts

35 sec plank

20 pull ups

 

And on days multiples of 5 its only x1, but you keep adding +5 to each?

 

This sounds kinda insane, but I'm assuming it's something you can handle.

I wish you success. Don't give up!

Also, I'm tempted to follow this routine myself; would you mind if I do? I'm not really an excercise guy, but I have always wanted to improve my body, except that I have not been really consistent at that. And if this can give you a 6-pack and whatnot, then it has my interest.

Yeah, you got how I plan to do this.

 

It is going to be crazy, but I don't go back to practicing dance for another month plus some, so I am doing this plus a 15 minute run in the morning to get back into shape.

 

Go a head and follow it, but it might be good, but you could do something easier to get into the flow of it. This is a little bit of me pushing it from physical activity, for the most part.
