Dog King
http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Qliphort_Monolith In my opinion this should be banned.I want to hear your opinions if you agree or disagree and why.
玄魔の王
Scout and Wavering Eyes will be hit ahead of this.

BlackBeartic
I'd like qlis to rot. So scout to 1 (or banned) and Wavering to 1. This card in general shouldn't exist...
Progenitor
This card would be fine if Qli weren't actually a pendulum archetype and cared about losing hand advantage. They are and they don't though, so this is and always will be overkill in a deck that's already pertty stupid.
Dog King
This card is basically a Super Rejuvention or Spellbook of Judgmentwith this gone the deck wouldnt be based around a 3k indestructable beater where you draw back all of your cards during the end phaseI also would agree with Scout to 1 and possibly Wavering Also is this and Scout the only normals in the archetype? because then they would need to use summoners art which can easily be dead late game

Well, this card IS a Super Rejuvenation/Spellbook of Judgment-like effect, but the difference is that it stays on the field so it's actually preventable with Wavering Eyes, MST or whatever. Not defending the card, it's stupid alright, but it has a BIT more counterplay than those 2 hand. Maybe not banned, but IMO limiting this and Scout would be enough of a kick in the nuts. Slinky
Why does everyone keep clamoring for the death of various decks? The banlist isn't used for that. It's used to reduce the power level of the deck, while still making it playable. The aim of the banlist is not to kill the deck outright.
Dog King
yes it may be countered butit also allows you to pendulumn summon and if its destroyed you can pendulumn summon itthey can also chain wavering if they already had another pendulum

ihop
Comparing Monolith to Super Rejuvenation is like comparing Genex Neutron to Spellbook of Judgment.
CLG Klavier
Comparing Monolith to Super Rejuvenation is like comparing Genex Neutron to Spellbook of Judgment.I did say it's a similiar effect though, so I'm covered. Though the truth is also that this card essentially has a hard cap. You won't ever draw more than 3 cards off it, 2 being the most common. Meanwhile Judgment and Rejuvenation could just go balls to the walls. I still remember how in Trad someone once drew 5 cards off Rejuv on me. Ew. ihop
Plus you can draw a second Rejuvenation off the first and play it and draw more. Insane card.
Expelsword
I wasn't saying this is as good as Rejuvenation, but the principle is the same. Giving you back resources you expended (and already gained advantage from). Towers shouldn't be giving you a +3 on top of it already being extremely oppressive. Zauls
Can we just ban Wavering Eyes and get on with our lives free of Towers Turbo? Even without Towers, Wavering Eyes is still a stupid, ban-worthy card. Regular Qli is fine as it is.
(GigaDrillBreaker)
I still remember how in Trad someone once drew 5 cards off Rejuv on me. Ew.That was also the game where I drew 4 off of Maxx "C" and had summoned CED the turn I used Rejuv. That game was nothing short of dumb. As for the card, I am honestly fine with it. Wavering Eyes really should go, though.
