VampireofDarkness
Since the last time we had a locked thread, I brought up a discussion about Mazera DeVille, I think it's time to bring up a discussion about his other half. While yes, this guy is harder to pull off then Mazera because he can't be searched, we still have Unexpected Dai, Zeraldas, and this dude is a Raigeki on legs. In addition, it also has better support than Mazera, having Earth, who while Sanctuary in the Sky is up can search Hyperion, Venus, and Kristya would be more viable (Whom is even more hilarious considering Seraphs are at 3).As they always say here....... Rodrigo
It was pretty awesome when Aster Phoenix summoned this against Jaden. His Sanctuary in the Sky deck was amusing.
Not-so-Radiant Arin
1. It requires you to have a blatantly bad Field Spell to already be on the field when this card comes out. 2. You have to discard to activate its effect. It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't a cost, but in this day and age, you WANT to be able to Trigger the sheet you send. 3. Warrior of Zera by himself is really too inconsistent to be of practical use. 4. This has the ability to brick HARD if you don't fulfill all of it's conditions. Which is, having a bad Field Spell out and having a bad Normal Monster out that even Rabbit would hate to have around.
Slinky
In addition to the above, the discard is also specific in needing a light monster. You can go through all this effort, and just get an effect that a Dark Hole or Raigeki alone would have done anyway. At least Deville rewards you immensely for the effort by effectively removing 3 of your opponent's resources. This? This does no such thing. Monster's are easily replacable
Airride
Darklord Version is way better. Not just because it can be summoned in any way, not just because it has any easy-as-sheet requirement to make it the equivalent of a Level 5/6 monster, but because It actually WORKS with what it supports. Dark Monsters like to be in the grave. Plaguespreader? Turn it into Raigeki. Edge Imp? Raigeki. Necro Gardna? Raigeki. So on and so forth.
Synchronized
Card would be cool if Warrior of Zera didn't suck (or was at least like, 1900 and LIGHT), and Sanctuary in the Sky was actually useable or at the very least got a retrain. It's such a cool card, but it's not worth the investment.
