FuzzyMuzzy
I would like some feedback to maybe help improve and/or better balance this card. Please be nice, and make sure not to be unnecesarily harsh.
ÆƵ–
Well firstly lets fix that OCG Once per turn: you can banish 1 card from your Deck; This turn, you can conduct 2 Normal Summons/Sets. During your Standby Phase, if this card's effect was not activated during your last turn: Banish this card. You can only activate "Deal with a Theif" once per Duel. Next, this card's potential: This card gives many archetypes what they dream of most: more normal summons, though the cost for this is quite high. However, some decks like banishing cards, and see no problem with this card. In fact, I believe that the Kozmo archetype would love this card to bits. With their field spell, they can use this to banish a Kozmo then bring it to hand. This card's cost is high, and essentially mandatory, but it is abusable by a handful of decks. OK, and is there anyway I could fix it, without making it to OP? I can only think of 2 ways. 1: Make it non continuous and so it can only be used once. I would change the effect to go with this. 2: Make it so that you must pay life-points (specific ammount) instead of banishing a card. In my eyes I see this as just as abusable as Madolche Mew with the Madolche Chateau.
ÆƵ–
I think that perhaps there is a very easy fix for this card: Banish the card face-down. That way kozmos can't abuse this and you have to really think if you want to use this effect. Off topic: I haven't ran madolche but from what I can see there isn't much abuse with mew and cheateu, and i also think you confused cheateu with ticket. But as i said, I don't run madolche so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Trebuchet MS
Giving yourself free rein over what you can banish from your Deck offers incredible thinning potential - cutting out whatever you don't need for the current matchup. In addition to banishing only face-down, I would suggest banishing only the top card of your Deck, removing most forms of control over what is lost.
