Cause potato = Irish in my mind and in the minds of my anglo saxon family that eat potatoes with almost every meal as if they were hobbits. Generally all sausage-related things that come from here are delicious. Well, potatoes are the generic add-on to meals here. It's like, Japanese have rice, Italian have pasta, we have potatoes.
